A Naming Gift presents an opportunity to be openly recognized at Care Point Health and Wellness Center. You may also use a Naming Gift to honor or pay tribute to a family member or friend. Naming privileges are limited, are reserved on a first come, first served basis and can be made through an outright gift or through a gift that is pledged over 2 years. A monetary gift in support of Care Point Health and Wellness Center is the easiest way to give. Your gift to Care Point is tax-deductible, as allowed by law. After contributing, you will receive an acknowledgment letter for your tax records.
