Specialized HIV Care

Care Point is a trusted provider of HIV care in the Big Bend region. We offer:

• Comprehensive HIV medical care and ongoing treatment
• Access to the latest medications and treatment options
• Routine lab monitoring and viral load management
• Support for adherence and long-term health outcomes

Our goal is to help individuals achieve and maintain viral suppression while supporting overall health and quality of life.

Prevention & Early Intervention

We believe prevention is a critical part of community health. Our services include:

• Routine HIV and STI testing
• Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis (PrEP) and Post-Exposure Prophylaxis (PEP)
• Risk-reduction counseling and education
• Partner services and linkage to care

Integrated, Coordinated Care

Through our co-located model, patients have access to a range of supportive services alongside medical care, including laboratory services, pharmacy, and referrals to additional support programs. This integrated approach helps ensure continuity of care and reduces barriers to accessing treatment.
