What insurance plans will be accepted?

We accept all major insurance such as Florida Blue (BCBS), Capital Health Plan, Aetna US Healthcare, Cigna, Coventry Healthcare, Tricare, and United Healthcare, as well as Medicaid and Medicare. If you do not have insurance, we will still be able to see you at Care Point. If you want to ask additional questions about insurance, give us a call at 850-354-8765.

How do I get prescriptions filled?

We aim for convenience at Care Point and want to make it easy on you. You may drop your prescriptions off, call them in, or have your doctor call them in. Additionally, we offer a delivery service. If you see one of our physicians and need medicine, your prescriptions will be ready for you at checkout.

How can I make an appointment?

If you’re an existing patient, please call 850-354-8765 to make an appointment. If you’re a new patient, you may call now to schedule an appointment for December. Additionally, our patient portal will be available soon and appointments can be scheduled online using the portal.
